The new BCC Customer Care Centre offers customers a central point of contact as well managing diary bookings for our 7 services centres. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide high levels of customer care in our group call centre. You must have a good telephone manner as well as excellent communication and administrative skills. Flexible working hours required.
